Job Purpose

  • The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration.
  • The role is designed to provide practical exposure to HR practices in Saudi Arabia while helping the intern develop professional skills in a corporate environment.

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and internship opportunities through approved channels
  • Support the screening of CVs and applications based on role requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview arrangements, assessments, and required documents
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers

Onboarding And HR Operations

  • Support the onboarding process for new joiners and interns
  • Assist in preparing onboarding documents, welcome emails, and joining checklists

Employee Engagement And Communication

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and awareness campaigns

HR Administration And Reporting

  • Support the preparation of HR related reports and presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times

Compliance and Government Related HR Support

  • Gain exposure to HR processes related to Saudi labor requirements, Saudization, HRDF programs, and government platforms where applicable
  • Support the HR team in organizing documents required for internal or external HR processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people related functions
  • Good English and Arabic communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Organized, detail oriented, and willing to learn
