About the Role

- Assist in posting job vacancies and internship opportunities through approved channels
- Support screening of CVs and applications based on role requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding process for new joiners and interns
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
- Support preparation of HR reports and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Gain exposure to HR processes related to Saudi labor requirements and government platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people related functions
- Good English and Arabic communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Organized, detail oriented, and willing to learn

Job Purpose
- The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- The role is designed to provide practical exposure to HR practices in Saudi Arabia while helping the intern develop professional skills in a corporate environment.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in posting job vacancies and internship opportunities through approved channels
- Support the screening of CVs and applications based on role requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview arrangements, assessments, and required documents
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Onboarding And HR Operations
- Support the onboarding process for new joiners and interns
- Assist in preparing onboarding documents, welcome emails, and joining checklists
Employee Engagement And Communication
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and awareness campaigns
HR Administration And Reporting
- Support the preparation of HR related reports and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times
Compliance and Government Related HR Support
- Gain exposure to HR processes related to Saudi labor requirements, Saudization, HRDF programs, and government platforms where applicable
- Support the HR team in organizing documents required for internal or external HR processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people related functions
- Good English and Arabic communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
