Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and results driven IT Sales Executive to promote and sell IT solutions and services.
  • The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in software, infrastructure, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
  • Promote IT solutions such as software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, ERP, and managed IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in IT sales or technology solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn sales prospecting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in selling software, SaaS, cloud, or IT outsourcing services.
  • Knowledge of GCC or international IT markets (preferred).
  • Strong networking and lead generation skills.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead to closure.
