About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients for manpower supply and staffing services
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and site visits
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Support senior BD team in closing deals
- Communicate with clients to understand manpower requirements
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and payments
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with recruitment team for candidate sourcing and deployment
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2 3 years experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
- Experience in manpower supply or staffing industry preferred
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target oriented and proactive approach

Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the growth of our manpower and staffing business in Qatar.
- The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting the sales cycle for manpower supply services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients for manpower supply and staffing services
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and site visits
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Support senior BD team in closing deals
- Communicate with clients to understand manpower requirements
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and payments
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
- Identify target sectors (Construction, MEP, Oil & Gas, FM, etc.)
- Coordinate with recruitment team for candidate sourcing and deployment
- Ensure timely delivery of manpower as per client requirements
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
- Experience in manpower supply or staffing industry is preferred
- Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of manpower/recruitment processes
- Ability to generate leads and follow up consistently
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Target oriented and proactive approach
Pay
- From QAR4,000.00 per month
Key KPIs
- Number of leads generated
- Client meetings arranged
- Conversion ratio (lead to client)
- Support in revenue generation
