Job Summary

  • We are looking for a results driven IT Sales Executive with a strong technical and commercial background to drive business growth across the UAE market.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands on experience selling IT products and services such as software, hardware, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services across the UAE market.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and on site client visits.
  • Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and nurture long term relationships with new and existing clients across various industries.
  • Conduct in depth needs assessments to understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Promote and sell a full portfolio of IT solutions, including software, hardware, networking infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and managed IT services.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proof of concepts tailored to client needs.
  • Liaise closely with technical, pre sales, and solution architecture teams to design and propose customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity within the UAE IT landscape.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with pre sales teams.
  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and terms finalization with clients and vendors.

Candidate Profile

  • Solid technical understanding of IT products: software solutions, networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud), and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior UAE/GCC market experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT sales, technology solutions sales, or B2B technical sales (UAE/GCC experience an advantage).
  • IT vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Fortinet) are a plus.
