About the Role
Swan Global is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to support technology and cyber security recruitment projects in Doha. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop talent pipelines, source specialist technology professionals, and partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for Information Technology, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, and related technical positions
- Utilize direct sourcing, headhunting, networking, referrals, and professional platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment market intelligence
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate data, and reporting within recruitment systems, including Zoho Recruit
- Support workforce planning, mobilization activities, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience specializing in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, or related technical disciplines
- Proven experience sourcing and placing specialist technology professionals
- Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies in a fast paced recruitment environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and candidate engagement capabilities
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of technology, cyber security job families, and market trends
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Job Summary

- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment activities, developing talent pipelines, sourcing specialist technology professionals, and partnering with hiring managers.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience specializing in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, or related technical disciplines.
- Proven experience sourcing and placing specialist technology professionals.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies in a fast paced recruitment environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and candidate engagement capabilities.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities.
- Experience in recruitment reporting and pipeline management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
- Experience using Zoho Recruit.
- Recruitment experience within Qatar and/or GCC markets.
- Experience recruiting for government, defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with security cleared recruitment and pre employment screening processes.
