  • The role requires a hands on leader who is equally comfortable on the project floor at a new site and presenting a consolidated status to senior leadership and the Steering Committee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with all IT stakeholder teams to ensure readiness, including Entertainment Business Teams, Projects/Construction Teams, Applications Teams, Operations & Telecom, Infrastructure, Service Delivery and Managed Services, Asset Management, and System Vendors and Integrators.
  • Drive coordination across all IT departments to ensure aligned planning, sequencing, and execution of site readiness activities.
  • Consolidate inputs from all IT workstreams and present a single, unified IT project update to the Program team and the Steering Committee.
  • Prepare and maintain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for IT scope at each site, ensuring accuracy and alignment with site requirements.
  • Track all site milestones closely, proactively flag deviations, and drive corrective actions to keep delivery on target.
  • Obtain formal sign offs at each milestone and at project closure from relevant stakeholders and business owners.
  • Visit sites frequently to validate on ground readiness, inspect installations, and resolve issues directly with site and vendor teams.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for Crucial & High Priority IT Projects.
  • Follow up individually with each stakeholder and vendor to ensure accountability and timely completion of action items.
  • Prepare and circulate a weekly project status update, clearly highlighting progress, key activities, and upcoming milestones.
  • Proactively identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues, along with recommended mitigation plans.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple IT functions, business teams, and external vendors.
  • Proven project management experience, including planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Experience managing IT scope for site openings or rollouts (BOQ preparation, infrastructure and systems coordination) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to consolidate complex, multi team updates into clear executive level summaries.
  • Strong follow through and accountability mindset; comfortable driving individuals and teams to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent high priority projects under tight timelines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites.
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or equivalent).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 8 years of experience in IT project management, with exposure to site rollouts, infrastructure projects, or large scale program delivery.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience coordinating with multi disciplinary IT teams (Applications, Infra, Telecom, Service Delivery, Asset Management) and external vendors/integrators.

Work Conditions

  • Primary base: Head Office (HO).
  • Frequent travel to site locations required, including for project kick offs, readiness checks, and go live support.
  • May require flexibility in working hours during critical milestones, go lives, or risk mitigation activities.
