About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead project initiation, feasibility assessments, and governance approvals
- Develop and manage project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and communication plans
- Drive end to end delivery of technology projects, including system implementations, integrations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate cross functional teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, procurement, and quality standards
- Track business benefits and value realization post implementation
- Facilitate project closure, sign offs, and lessons learned documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects
- Strong understanding of technologies relevant to shopping malls (e.g., BMS, IWMS, CAFM, digital signage, smart parking, energy management)
