Lead and coordinate assigned technical projects across the organization.
Deliver IT services and solutions within deadlines and budget while aligning with business and IT goals.
Project Planning and Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Develop schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and detailed project plans.
- Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Coordination and Governance
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Track milestones and report project progress using defined and approved tools.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with IT governance.
Risk, Quality, and Improvement
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes through appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and improvement areas.
Communication
- Foster strong communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership throughout project delivery.
