About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
It Procurement Senior Executive
to manage end-to-end IT procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with organizational standards, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, and licenses
- Handle RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with vendors
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, and business teams for requirements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements
- Monitor vendor performance and drive cost optimization
- Maintain IT asset and procurement documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or technology sourcing
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and licensing
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
