About the Role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned projects
- Lead and participate in operations, outages, and safety meetings
- Responsible for supporting internal applications and systems
- Assist in the installation, racking, and cabling of equipment
- Write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications
- Assemble large equipment to include carts, racks, cabinets, chairs, shelving, hoods, etc.
- Assist with necessary changes to telephone system hardware and cabling
- Ticket creation, adherence to customer sign in and authentication procedures
- Support various operations status, engineering review and problem boards
- May have project lead role and/or supervise lower level personnel
- Prepare presentations for submission to customers and internal management
- Assist in designing and maintaining, hosting, processing, transforming, and analyzing operational processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Associate Degree with equivalent experience
- Experience with Linux, Python, Autosys, UNIX software and systems
- Experience with cloud software and systems
- Strong computing, analytical, and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Leadership mindset with a focus on incident response
- Familiarity with frameworks and command line processes
- Comfortable collaborating with team members and clients
