Role overview
RB Global is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst to support and evolve its global enterprise communications ecosystem.
The role covers cloud telephony, unified communications, contact center, conferencing, and mobility platforms across multiple regions.
The position combines technical expertise, customer service, operational ownership, modernization, and service reliability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the global telecommunications and unified communications environment, with primary focus on RingCentral UCaaS and Contact Center.
- Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise voice, messaging, video, contact center, and mobility services.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert and advise business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and escalations through ServiceNow while meeting service levels.
- Lead or participate in migrations, expansions, upgrades, integrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Manage provisioning, call routing, auto attendants, call queues, IVRs, number management, licensing, and reporting.
- Monitor platform performance and proactively address service issues.
- Collaborate with network, infrastructure, security, workplace technology, vendors, and service providers.
- Create technical documentation, procedures, knowledge articles, and support guides.
