Job Description
The Appraisal Coordinator supports the appraisal process through project administration, data management, and operational coordination.
The role supports accurate and efficient project completion through data preparation, asset classification, and workflow tracking.
The position requires organization, attention to detail, initiative, and a commitment to data integrity and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the appraisal team.
- Prepare, organize, and import asset data into the MARS system.
- Track inspections and maintain accurate asset classification data in MARS.
- Support client onboarding, project setup, and ongoing project coordination.
