The Yard Operations team conducts live auctions and includes equipment inspectors, yard managers, operators, administrative staff, and customer service representatives.
The team supports successful auctions through a combination of full-time and part-time roles.
Job Overview
Provide comprehensive customer support and facilitate auction operations for buyers and consignors.
Coordinate equipment delivery, ownership titles and registrations, payment collection, and release of buyer paperwork.
Customer and Auction Operations
- Assist consignors with logistics for delivering equipment to the Jebel Ali Free Zone site and support buyers with transportation logistics.
- Support ownership transfers to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers and complete official sale paperwork.
- Guide customers through auction registration and participation.
