Role Overview
Drive measurable improvements across digital customer journeys to increase engagement, conversions, leads, bids, and revenue.
Combine growth marketing, customer experience, analytics, experimentation, UX, and technical web development.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer behavior, identify friction, and improve the full digital journey.
CRO and Experimentation
- Lead the CRO and experimentation strategy, including opportunity prioritization, hypothesis development, test planning, and optimization roadmaps.
- Run A/B, multivariate, personalization, and other experiments through design, measurement, analysis, implementation, documentation, and scaling.
- Establish testing frameworks, methodologies, statistical-validity practices, and documentation for Marketing and Product teams.
Analytics and Customer Insights
- Use GA4, behavioral analytics, customer data, experiment results, feedback, session recordings, and usability research to identify opportunities.
- Analyze acquisition, landing-page, account-creation, item-discovery, bidding, purchasing, selling, and lead-generation funnels.
- Create dashboards and measurement frameworks that show the business impact of CRO initiatives.
