Job Purpose
Manage and support IT systems, clinic software, networks, medical-device connectivity, and data security.
Ensure smooth clinic operations and uninterrupted patient services.
IT Infrastructure Support
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and network equipment.
- Maintain CCTV, access control, telephone systems, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Set up workstations and IT access for new employees.
Clinical Systems and Security
- Manage clinic management software, EMR/EHR systems, appointment scheduling, billing, and insurance platforms.
- Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and protection of patient records.
- Ensure compliance with DHA requirements related to electronic data and patient information security.
Operations and Vendors
- Support doctors and staff with day-to-day IT issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for software licenses, hardware maintenance, and IT support services.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory and assets.
- Assist in procurement of IT equipment, software, and related services.
Requirements
