- Maintain and troubleshoot servers, desktops, networks, and banking IT systems
- Provide first and second level support to users and ensure high system availability
- Administer LAN/WAN/VPN infrastructure, firewalls, routers, and security solutions
- Implement cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, and incident response activities
- Support core banking, digital banking, ATM, and payment systems
- Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity
- Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and IT policies, support audits, maintain documentation
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of banking applications, cybersecurity, and network administration
- Hands on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and cloud platforms

The Role

- Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and IT policies, support audits, maintain documentation, and participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Must have 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in banking or financial services with strong knowledge of banking applications, cybersecurity, and network administration
- Hands on Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Preferred Certifications in CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, CISSP, and ITIL
