- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and internet connectivity issues
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and shared resources
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, CCTV systems, and other communication infrastructure
- Perform routine system monitoring, software updates, patch management, and data backups
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and network diagrams
- Support and troubleshoot operational systems, including laundry machine IT interfaces where applicable
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, maintenance, and technical support
- Provide onsite IT support across Head Office, accommodation camps, and project sites
Requirements
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies
- Ability to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Experience with VoIP systems, CCTV systems, and communication infrastructure
- Knowledge of system monitoring, software updates, patch management, and data backups
