Job Overview
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects for clients.
Work with clients and internal teams to achieve timely and successful project completion.
Project Management and Delivery
- Own the integrated project plan, scope, WBS, schedule, budget, resources, quality, procurement, communications, and acceptance baselines.
- Lead requirements validation, site surveys, design coordination, interface management, technical submittals, RFIs, and readiness planning.
- Coordinate active infrastructure including network, security, compute, storage, backup, virtualization, monitoring, and cloud or hybrid components.
- Coordinate passive infrastructure including MDF/IDF rooms, pathways, racks, cabling, patching, labelling, testing, and as-built records.
- Coordinate low-current and ELV systems including CCTV, access control, intercom, PA/BGM, AV, IPTV/SMATV, BMS/IBMS, parking, nurse call, and fire-alarm interfaces.
Controls, Cutover, and Handover
- Manage procurement inputs, compliance matrices, BOQ reconciliation, long-lead items, vendor obligations, logistics, submittals, and performance.
- Maintain schedules, progress evidence, cost forecasts, RAID registers, dependencies, changes, decisions, and recovery plans.
- Plan controlled cutovers and migrations with impact assessments, approvals, communications, rollback triggers, and validation.
