Role Overview
Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is hiring a full-time ERP Functional Consultant specializing in Finance and Fixed Assets.
The consultant will implement, configure, support, and optimize the Fixed Assets module while working with finance stakeholders.
The role focuses on fixed asset accounting, asset lifecycle management, depreciation, financial reporting, and ERP finance processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and provide ERP solutions for Fixed Assets processes.
- Configure asset capitalization, depreciation methods and books, transfers, retirement, disposal, revaluation, and adjustments.
- Integrate Fixed Assets with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting.
- Support implementations, upgrades, testing, go-live activities, deployment, and UAT.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Create functional specifications, test scripts, process documentation, and user manuals.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and audit requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in ERP Finance implementations and support.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting the Fixed Assets module.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA are advantageous.
- Arabic speakers are preferred.
