IT Infrastructure Manager, Cloud Platform

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the cloud platform team and own how environments are operated, standardized, and scaled.
• Build a consistent operating model across AWS and Azure and establish engineering standards.
• Ensure platforms are reliable, supportable, secure, observable, and ready for long-term product growth.
• Manage production environments, incident response, change management, and operational handover.
• Support SaaS products, cloud migrations, automation, shared tooling, governance, and cost management.

Required Experience

• Have 10+ years of experience across infrastructure, cloud engineering, or platform roles in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Have production cloud platform experience in Azure and AWS, with depth in one and exposure to the other accepted.
