Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations and people programmes across North America, EMEA and APAC.
Manage and develop a globally distributed HR team, including four direct reports and second-line leadership responsibility.

Essential Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Experience operating across multiple international jurisdictions, including EMEA.
Strong HR operations, employee relations and performance management expertise.
Experience leading and developing HR teams.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and make sound business-oriented decisions.
Experience partnering effectively with Legal, Finance and operational leaders.
Strong communication skills and executive presence.
Comfortable operating independently in a dynamic business environment.
Desirable Requirements
Background within software, SaaS or technology organisations.
Broad HR leadership experience across multiple disciplines.
Experience in globally distributed organisations.
Exposure to high-growth business environments.

- Confluence is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to partner directly with our CEO and lead the execution of our global people agenda across North America, EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the CEO, this role combines broad organisational exposure with hands-on leadership responsibility, ensuring our people programmes, processes and teams continue to scale alongside the business. The successful candidate will lead a globally distributed HR team, including four direct reports and broader second-line leadership responsibility. Working closely with leaders across the business, this individual will help create an outstanding employee experience while ensuring strong operational execution across talent, performance, employee relations, HR operations and compliance.
