  • Confluence is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to partner directly with our CEO and lead the execution of our global people agenda across North America, EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the CEO, this role combines broad organisational exposure with hands-on leadership responsibility, ensuring our people programmes, processes and teams continue to scale alongside the business. The successful candidate will lead a globally distributed HR team, including four direct reports and broader second-line leadership responsibility. Working closely with leaders across the business, this individual will help create an outstanding employee experience while ensuring strong operational execution across talent, performance, employee relations, HR operations and compliance.
