Responsibilities

• We are looking for an Associate Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team, working on our Data Management platform. This role is focused on delivering technical solutions for existing clients, combining data engineering, reporting, and troubleshooting work. You will be involved in a mix of support and new requirements, investigating data issues, building enhancements, and delivering changes across a range of client environments. The work is hands-on and technical, with a strong focus on SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing. You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of delivery, from understanding requirements and designing solutions through to build, testing and deployment. Initially, you will take ownership of reporting tasks before expanding into broader data and implementation work as your experience grows.
