• This is a high-impact role within a lean team, sitting at the intersection of product, data, and engineering. Rather than a typical Business Analyst position, this role is hands-on — you’ll work directly with data, shape how it flows through systems, and help deliver real, usable data solutions across the business. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering teams to turn complex data needs into clear technical requirements, supporting the build of data feeds, pipelines, and transformations. At the same time, you’ll manage multiple priorities, improve processes, and introduce automation to make data delivery more efficient. This is a broad, fast-paced role with real ownership — giving you the opportunity to drive solutions end-to-end and influence how data is structured and delivered. What You’ll Do - Translate business and product requirements into clear technical data specifications for engineering teams - Manage data ingestion and transformation workflows, including external vendor data feeds and internal datasets - Collaborate with developers to deliver data pipelines, feeds, and transformations - Monitor and improve data quality, identifying anomalies and resolving issues across datasets - Own small to mid-sized data projects end-to-end, balancing multiple requests and priorities - Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes using Python or similar tools - Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and BI teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs Please note: We are unable to sponsor visas or consider candidates requiring work permits at this time.
