IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Security Administrator (ISO / SOC Compliant)

Role Type: Single Owner (100+ Devices, Multi-Location Operations)

We are looking for a highly accountable and process-driven IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Security Administrator who will act as the single point of ownership for managing, securing, and governing all employee endpoints, office networks, and SaaS tools across multiple locations. This role is designed for a single individual responsible for managing 100+ devices and ensuring strict adherence to security, compliance, and audit requirements (ISO, MeitY, SOC 2/3). The focus is on building automated, policy-driven systems instead of manual operations.

- End-to-end lifecycle management of employee laptops (provisioning to decommissioning)

- Enforce encryption, antivirus, EDR, and security policies

- OS patching, firmware updates, vulnerability remediation

- Application restrictions, USB/device control
