About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and AWS services
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including patching, vulnerability remediation, and OS hardening
- Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper V) and ensure optimal server performance and scalability
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including endpoint protection (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), MFA, and access controls
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery testing
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for end user devices, enterprise applications, and infrastructure incidents
- Lead or support IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and new office setups
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network diagrams, and KB articles
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or cloud engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Microsoft Azure certified (AZ 104 or higher)
- AWS certified (Solutions Architect Associate or higher)
- CCNA certified or equivalent hands on experience with Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, VPNs
- Experience with Microsoft Stack: Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Experience with virtualization: VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper V
- Scripting: PowerShell, automation for infrastructure tasks
