About the Role

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and develop RFPs for IT infrastructure and systems
- Analyze and prioritize change requests related to IT infrastructure and systems
- Conduct IT risk assessments and collaborate on risk mitigation plans
- Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and systems against KPIs and provide recommendations
- Train and support junior staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure Management
- Advanced knowledge of IT Systems Management
- Proficient in Project Management
- Proficient in IT Compliance
- Advanced knowledge of IT Change Management
- Proficient in Vendor Management

Purpose of Job
- Jobholders at this level are responsible for leading work activities and acting as internal consultants.
- Main role includes providing expert support in IT infrastructure and systems design, leading RFP development, supervising change requests, and reviewing performance against KPIs.
Infrastructure and Systems Design
- Follow latest trends, collect requirements, assess current infrastructure, identify gaps, and develop new designs.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, develop RFPs, and contribute to vendor evaluation.
- Receive and analyze change requests, provide recommendations, and set implementation schedules.
- Conduct IT risk assessments and collaborate on risk mitigation plans.
- Receive performance reports, analyze against KPIs, and provide improvement recommendations.
Organization and Operations
- Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
- Help solve escalated problems and support junior team.
- Escalate complex problems to relevant person.
- Perform other duties as requested.
People Management
- Train junior staff on job activities.
- Provide direction, prioritize tasks, assign responsibility, and monitor workflow.
- Support junior staff to execute duties.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
