Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting engineering or R&D data center environments specifically (versus general enterprise IT).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Data Center Certified Associate/Professional, PMP).
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across India and U.S. sites.
• Familiarity with capacity planning and infrastructure-as-code / automation tooling.

Location & Travel

• This role oversees three engineering data center sites: Pune, India; Minnesota (Twin Cities area); and Sacramento, California. The role will be based in Minnesota with up to 20% travel expected to visit the other locations and support in-person team building, audits, and major projects.

Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. • The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
