Responsibilities
- Maintain and support all IT systems including computers, servers, network devices, telephony, and POS systems
- Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues in a timely manner
- Install and configure IT equipment for new and existing users
- Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently
- Ensure proper backup procedures are in place and regularly tested
- Maintain IT security standards and ensure systems are protected against threats
- Control user access and ensure permissions are aligned with job roles
- Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance and upgrades
- Maintain proper documentation of systems, licenses, and configurations
- Support staff with basic IT training and system usage when required
- Assist with IT budgeting and submit reports to management
- Ensure all IT equipment is maintained in a safe and controlled environment
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality
- Good knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and hotel systems (PMS/POS)
- Familiar with IT security practices and data protection standards
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Service oriented with attention to detail

- We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support and maintain all hotel IT systems.
- This role ensures smooth daily operations, provides technical support to all departments, and maintains system security and data integrity in a fast paced hospitality environment.
