About the Role
Mövenpick Hotel Doha is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker) to handle reservation requests via phone, email, and other channels. - Process and manage reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain full knowledge of hotel rates, rooms, and services
- Upsell rooms and convert inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with Sales & Front Office teams
- Ensure all guest details and booking requirements are complete

- Previous hotel reservation experience
- Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Fidelio preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
