Responsibilities
- Provide first line technical support to end users, responding to IT helpdesk requests and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Monitor and maintain hotel technology infrastructure including servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral devices
- Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software across the property
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and user access permissions
- Support implementation and maintenance of security protocols including user authentication and data protection
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software licensing, and technical support escalations
- Assist with technology projects including system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and patches to ensure data integrity and system security
- Contribute to development and maintenance of IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base resources
- Support user training and onboarding for new technology systems and applications

Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and service oriented IT Coordinator to join our Information Technology team.
- This role is responsible for supporting the Hotel technology infrastructure and ensuring all systems, networks, hardware, and software operate efficiently to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
