  • The IT Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that releases are executed efficiently with minimal risks or delays.
  • Act as the primary liaison between CoorB teams and downstream Clientu2019s teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Coordinates and track end-to-end releases activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of releases
  • Support the release cycle by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues when needed
  • Facilitates cross-team collaborations to ensure dependencies, timelines, and deliverables are clearly managed
  • Organizes and lead release related meetings (planning, readiness, status updates) and follow up on action items
  • Maintain release documentation, status reports, and communications updates for stakeholders
  • Monitors delivery health and promote best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality releases
  • Track issues, risks, and blockers, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up
  • Support testing, deployment coordination, and post-release validation activities
  • Ensures adherence to internal processes, change management, and releases standards
