- Support clients through end to end enterprise solutions transformation programs (covering CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing)
- Introduce best practices from business requirements specification to solution implementation to minimize customizations
- Contribute to the enterprise solutions chapter by sharing expertise, attending conferences, researching latest tech including GenAI, and authoring articles
Requirements
- Above average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience driving enterprise solutions transformation programs in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning or Manufacturing
- Solid grasp of typical end to end business processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Lead to Quote, Record to Report, Hire to Retire)
- Familiarity with industry specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS OIL) and analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic skills are a strong plus

Who We Are
- Join BCG Platinion’s Enterprise Solutions team in the Riyadh office as an ERP Expert, leading high impact digital transformation projects for major clients across the region.
What You'll Do
- Support clients through end to end enterprise solutions transformation programs (covering CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing), from strategy to implementation governance.
- Introduce best practices from business requirements specification to solution implementation to minimize customizations.
- Contribute to the enterprise solutions chapter by sharing expertise, attending conferences, researching latest tech including GenAI, and authoring articles.
What You'll Bring
- Above average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience driving enterprise solutions transformation programs in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning or Manufacturing (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Solid grasp of typical end to end business processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Lead to Quote, Record to Report, Hire to Retire).
- Familiarity with industry specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS OIL), addons (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM) and analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom).
- Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills, eager to learn and improve, with intellectual agility.
- Fluency in English (Arabic skills are a strong plus).
