IT Client Technical Integration Specialist

We’re looking for someone who’s technically confident, client‑focused and able to translate complex integration requirements into clear, practical solutions.

Experience supporting commercially valuable clients with strong communication skills.

Understanding of API integrations and the ability to troubleshoot data exchanges.

Knowledge of file‑based integrations and data structures such as CSV, XML and JSON.

Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and label compliance.

The ability to manage multiple integrations and prioritise effectively.

A calm, solutions‑focused approach, particularly during peak logistics periods.
