Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non functional requirements
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain and prioritize Agile product backlogs
- Prepare process flows, interface specifications, and business documentation
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Vendor teams
- Support SIT, UAT, and change management activities
- Ensure traceability from requirements through implementation
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs
- Communicate effectively across business and technical teams
- Drive requirement clarity throughout the project lifecycle
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in Wealth Management or banking
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non functional requirements
- Experience translating business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience maintaining and prioritizing Agile product backlogs
- Experience preparing process flows, interface specifications, and business documentation
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Vendor teams
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and change management activities
- Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs
- Strong communication skills across business and technical teams
- Experience with Wealth Management platforms (Finnova, Incore Sobaco preferred)

Role Overview
