Position summary
Support governance, reporting, process improvement, and strategic initiatives within an IT Asset Management Currency and End-of-Life function.
Translate business needs into reporting, process, automation, and operational efficiency solutions.
Work arrangement
- The position is a 12-month contract in Toronto with two days onsite per week.
Governance and stakeholder support
- Support audits, regulatory examinations, internal controls, policies, standards, and risk management practices.
- Assist with strategic initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Build relationships across business and technology teams.
- Investigate and help resolve complex or non-routine issues using sound judgment.
Process improvement and documentation
- Develop and maintain procedures, workflows, process documentation, and end-user materials.
- Document requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and transition of tools, templates, and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and automation.
