Position Overview
Dexian is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Financial Services and AML experience to support regulatory reporting and data analysis initiatives.
The role requires strong requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis capabilities.
Work Arrangement
- The position is hybrid and requires two days in the work location each week.
- The contract duration is 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, validation, sign-off, and governance across multiple workstreams.
- Lead business analysis for large, complex, strategic, and regulatory projects.
- Develop delivery approaches, work plans, timelines, and estimates, and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify business needs and solutions, and perform impact analysis across stakeholders and technology.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, drive consensus and approvals, and support other Business Analysts.
- Support regulatory reporting and data analysis projects involving mapping, lineage, modeling, and data quality.
