Role Overview
This is a Business Systems and IT Business Analyst role connecting business teams, IT teams, and software vendors.
The position supports enterprise systems and improves business process efficiency.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid work mode requiring three days in the workplace.
Contract
- The position is an 18-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze and improve business processes and workflows.
- Support ERP, eProcurement, and contract lifecycle management systems.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, data, and integration issues.
- Work with IT teams on integrations, APIs, and data mapping.
- Participate in implementations, upgrades, UAT, testing, and go-live.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
- Coordinate vendors and manage support tickets and service-level agreements.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation.
- Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
