Workplace and schedule
- The role is hybrid, with on-site work required on Mondays and Tuesdays in Toronto, Ontario.

Role and responsibilities
- Elicit requirements and analyze feasibility to support expected business outcomes.
- Support project teams across the lifecycle and align development with business requirements.
- Develop project artifacts covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Apply domain and functional expertise to drive business value.
- Analyze data and strategic problems to provide insights and recommendations.
- Build test cases to validate requirements and end-user testing results.
- Independently diagnose and solve complex problems using judgment.
