IT Business Analyst

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, operations or a related field.

10+ years of direct related experience.

US Citizenship or Permanent Residence/Green Card allowed (must live in the USA)

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).

Prior work experience in Big 4 consulting firm or federal government contractor

Previous experience working for U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) programs
