About the Role
Apptoza Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Techno Functional Consultant to provide operational and application support for billing and device management processes. The role involves incident resolution, configuration, testing, and process improvements for Meter-to-Cash operations.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve day to day incidents, billing exceptions, and defects to ensure smooth Meter to Cash operations
- Provide operational support for billing exceptions, device installation/removal, meter readings, and DM integration defects
- Manage incidents and support operations related to IDEX processes including IDoc processing
- Perform SAP IS U configuration updates for Billing and Device Management
- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects including billing reports and DM workflows
- Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify and recommend process improvement and automation opportunities using Microsoft Fabric
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend automation solutions to reduce manual effort

- 8–10 years of experience in SAP IS U Billing and Device Management
- Strong experience in SAP IS U Billing, Device Management, and utility industry processes

Role Overview
- ISU Techno Functional Consultant providing operational and application support for SAP IS U Billing and Device Management processes.
