- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to deliver banking solutions.
- Analyze system integrations, APIs, and data flows between applications.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to improve banking processes and customer experience.
- Support implementation and enhancement of banking applications.
- Provide documentation, reporting, and status updates to project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Banking domain experience (Core Banking / Payments / Deposits).
- Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis.
- Experience with BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Process Documentation.
- Experience working with banking applications and systems.
- Understanding of banking products (Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Cards).
- API integration requirements and interface documentation.
- Data analysis and requirement refinement.
- UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect management.
- Experience working with business users, developers, QA, and technical teams.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with Core Banking platforms (Temenos T24/Transact, Finacle, FIS, etc.)
- Payments / eTransfer / Interac experience
- Banking transformation or system migration projects
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking environments.
