- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for AML initiatives
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Business, and Technology teams to deliver effective solutions
- Support initiatives related to AML Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, KYC, CDD, EDD, and Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications
- Conduct Gap Analysis, Business Process Improvements, Data Analysis & Data Mapping, Data Reconciliation Activities
- Work closely with Development and QA teams during SIT/UAT cycles and support successful project delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong experience in AML, KYC, CDD/EDD, Transaction Monitoring, Financial Crime Compliance
- Mandatory Banking or Financial Services domain experience
- Strong expertise in Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Agile Methodologies, SQL & Data Analysis, Data Mapping & Reconciliation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Overview

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: FINTRAC, OFAC, FATF, AML/ATF Compliance.
