We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven IoT Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise IoT products and connectivity platforms.
The role will be responsible for driving product strategy, delivery governance, operational excellence, and commercial performance across large-scale IoT and smart infrastructure programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Technology, Enterprise Sales, Operations, and external partners to ensure successful deployment, service governance, customer satisfaction, and continuous enhancement of IoT solutions and services.
This role requires strong expertise in IoT technologies, telecom ecosystems, enterprise service management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full product lifecycle of enterprise IoT platforms and connectivity management solutions
- Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives, market demand, and customer requirements
- Drive product commercialization including pricing strategy, revenue growth, margin optimization, and business performance
- Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and support enterprise sales enablement activities
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Technology, Operations, Enterprise Sales, Vendors, and Partners
- Govern post-deployment operations for large-scale IoT and smart infrastructure programs
- Monitor service performance, operational KPIs, SLA compliance, and customer experience metrics
- Lead operational reviews, incident governance, escalation management, and service improvement initiatives
- Manage enterprise customer relationships and act as a primary stakeholder interface for strategic accounts
- Collaborate with technical teams on platform integrations, connectivity services, API enablement, and operational workflows
- Ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and operational escalations
- Support digital transformation initiatives related to IoT, smart city, utility, and enterprise connectivity programs
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, reporting, and analytics
Technical Responsibilities
- Manage IoT Connectivity Management Platforms (CMP) and enterprise IoT service environments
- Oversee IoT device onboarding, SIM lifecycle management, connectivity provisioning, and service activation workflows
- Coordinate with telecom and network teams on LTE, NB-IoT, LTE-M, and 5G connectivity services
- Support enterprise API integrations, cloud connectivity, and operational automation initiatives
- Monitor platform performance, connectivity analytics, and operational dashboards
- Govern incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action plans
- Support IoT security governance, enterprise connectivity compliance, and operational risk management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IoT Product Management, Telecom Product Management, Enterprise Technology Solutions, or related domains
- Strong experience managing enterprise IoT platforms, telecom services, or smart infrastructure solutions
- Experience working within telecom operators, smart city programs, utilities, or enterprise digital transformation environments
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical and operational teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise service governance and operational delivery models

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to smart city, utilities, or enterprise connectivity ecosystems
- Experience working within telecom or large enterprise technology environments
- Certifications in ITIL, Agile, Product Management, or Cloud Platforms are an advantage
