- Convert IoT capabilities, connectivity services, platforms, devices, and ecosystem solutions into commercially viable products
- Define product packaging, pricing strategies, bundled offerings, and commercial models
- Develop business cases and revenue forecasts for new and existing products
- Own product performance including revenue growth, margin optimization, adoption targets, and profitability
- Manage IoT connectivity products and services across cellular IoT ecosystems
- Lead Go To Market strategies for new product launches and enhancements
- Govern post deployment operations for enterprise IoT products and large scale IoT programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IoT Product Management, Telecom Product Management, Connectivity Services, or Enterprise Technology Solutions
- Proven experience owning products throughout complete Product Lifecycle Management process
- Demonstrated experience managing product P&L, revenue targets, pricing, and commercial performance
- Experience working within telecom operators, connectivity providers, IoT platform providers, or enterprise IoT environments

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced IoT Product Manager to drive the end to end lifecycle management of enterprise IoT products and connectivity services.
- The successful candidate will act as the business owner for assigned IoT products, with accountability for product vision, commercialization, revenue growth, profitability, customer experience, and ongoing service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation, business case development, productization, Go To Market execution, operations, and performance management.
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with market opportunities, customer requirements, and business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to identify new product opportunities.
- Lead product enhancement initiatives and continuous service evolution.
- Convert IoT capabilities, connectivity services, platforms, devices, and ecosystem solutions into commercially viable products.
- Define product packaging, pricing strategies, bundled offerings, and commercial models.
- Develop business cases and revenue forecasts for new and existing products.
- Own product performance including revenue growth, margin optimization, adoption targets, and profitability.
- Monitor product KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Manage IoT connectivity products and services across cellular IoT ecosystems.
- Collaborate with technical teams on IoT Connectivity Management Platforms (CMP), device onboarding, SIM lifecycle management, eSIM solutions, API integrations, and connectivity provisioning.
- Drive product initiatives involving NB IoT, LTE M, 4G, 5G, and enterprise IoT connectivity services.
Go To Market & Sales Enablement
- Lead Go To Market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales teams to develop value propositions, sales collateral, customer presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Support strategic customer engagements and business development initiatives.
- Drive customer adoption and market penetration for IoT product offerings.
Operational Governance & Service Management
- Govern post deployment operations for enterprise IoT products and large scale IoT programs.
- Monitor service performance, operational KPIs, customer experience metrics, and SLA compliance.
- Lead operational reviews, escalation management, incident governance, and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of critical service issues and customer escalations.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Act as the primary interface between Product, Technology, Enterprise Sales, Operations, and external partners.
- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with technology partners to support product delivery and innovation.
- Lead cross functional initiatives to ensure successful product execution and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IoT Product Management, Telecom Product Management, Connectivity Services, or Enterprise Technology Solutions.
- Proven experience owning products throughout the complete Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.
- Demonstrated experience managing product P&L, revenue targets, pricing, and commercial performance.
- Experience working within telecom operators, connectivity providers, IoT platform providers, or enterprise IoT environments.
