About the Role
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices while meeting invoice delivery timelines.
Support financial accuracy, customer invoicing processes, and accounts receivable hygiene.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and enter them into customer invoicing websites.
- Submit invoices through electronic data interchange and check every invoice field before submission.
- Ensure supporting documents and backups are attached to invoices.
- Update invoice submission status in Navision and maintain submission logs and process files.
- Work with payroll and invoicing teams to accelerate submissions.
- Send statements of account to customers.
- Reconcile self-billed cases with approved timesheets and resolve billing or payment mismatches.
- Handle invoice rejections, credit notes, and rebills.
- Maintain account-specific invoicing procedures and support platform improvements.
- Assist credit control with invoicing and payment collection.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of relevant invoicing experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Hands-on Microsoft Excel experience with formulas, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables.
- Good analytical and process knowledge.
