Role Overview
Support the experience of the contractor workforce through communication, onboarding assistance, employee feedback, and positive workplace relationships.

Employee Engagement
- Conduct regular engagement calls with contractors about their experience, wellbeing, and workplace satisfaction.
- Build positive employee relationships and act as a first point of contact for general inquiries.
- Listen to concerns, provide guidance within established processes, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Onboarding and Employee Support
- Assist with onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Welcome and support employees throughout their onboarding journey.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up check-ins with employees assigned to client sites.
- Ensure employees receive timely support and information throughout their employment lifecycle.
