Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and due diligence materials, including teasers, peer analyses, portfolio overviews, investment memos, cash flow models, and other bespoke investor materials
- Review FMP data rooms to ensure alignment with regional investor due diligence requirements
- Coordinate onboarding for newly onboarded FMPs, including preparing kick off presentation and managing internal training programs for RMs
- Quality check roadshow booklets, placement summary reports, and other investor materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and presentation quality
- Ensure appropriate disclaimers are incorporated into all marketing materials and obtain necessary compliance approvals prior to distribution
- Support cross functional projects and strategic initiatives led by the Head of Research
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in investments or finance
- Strong academic background (CFA Level I preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Role Description
- Greenstone is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Analyst to join our Investor Relations Research team.
- This role plays a key part in supporting our capital raising efforts across the GCC.
- The successful candidate will work closely with our Relationship Managers (RMs) and Fund Manager Partners (FMPs) to develop high quality marketing and due diligence materials.
Key Responsibilities

Your Background
