Responsibilities
- Drive institutional fundraising across the GCC and take ownership of capital raising targets
- Build and manage senior relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, family offices, investment firms and other institutional allocators
- Lead investor meetings, roadshows, follow ups, pipeline management and closing processes
- Work directly with leading global Fund Managers across private equity, private credit, venture capital, real assets and related alternatives
- Understand each Fund Manager’s strategy, track record, positioning and key selling points, and communicate these clearly to institutional investors
- Manage, mentor and support junior/mid level members of the IR team
- Help raise standards across preparation, execution, CRM discipline and investor follow up
- Contribute to a high performance team culture built on accountability, energy and ambition
Requirements
- Experience in fund placement, institutional sales, investor relations or capital raising
- Commercially sharp, resilient and highly relationship driven
- Confident engaging senior institutional investors
- Comfortable working toward clear fundraising targets and performance metrics
- Able to lead, mentor and bring energy to a growing team
- Credible, polished and able to represent Greenstone and our Fund Managers at a senior level
- Experience across the GCC institutional investor landscape is highly advantageous

Overview
- Greenstone is expanding its Investor Relations platform and we are looking for a Director, Investor Relations to join our Dubai team as part of our continued global growth.
- This is a senior, front office, revenue generating role for an experienced capital raiser who is ready to take real ownership of institutional fundraising across the GCC.
- We are looking for someone who can do more than “manage relationships”. This role is about building trust with sophisticated investors, driving commercial outcomes, leading high quality fundraising conversations and helping shape the next stage of Greenstone’s IR platform in the region.
The role will involve
- Driving institutional fundraising across the GCC and taking ownership of capital raising targets
- Building and managing senior relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, family offices, investment firms and other institutional allocators
- Leading investor meetings, roadshows, follow ups, pipeline management and closing processes
- Working directly with leading global Fund Managers across private equity, private credit, venture capital, real assets and related alternatives

Additional Information
- Experience across the GCC institutional investor landscape would be highly advantageous, although we are also open to strong international candidates with relevant private markets or alternative investment fundraising experience.
- Relocation to Dubai is supported.
