- Build and manage a structured pipeline of investors including family offices, VCs, angel investors, and HNWIs
- Conduct proactive outreach to introduce MaxAccelerate and its portfolio companies to relevant investors
- Develop and maintain strong long term relationships across the investor community
- Track investor preferences, mandates, and activity to ensure relevant, well timed engagement
- Support preparation of investor materials, pitch decks, and deal summaries
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and follow ups
- Assist in managing the fundraising process end to end
- Maintain a CRM of investor contacts, deal flow, and interaction history
- Identify and qualify new companies and founders for the group
- Run outbound outreach to target companies across sectors and geographies
- Attend events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Evaluate inbound enquiries for group leadership review

The Role
- We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Investor Relations & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
- This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of capital raising, investor engagement, and pipeline development with the goal of building and managing a high quality network of investors and identifying new companies that could join the MaxAccelerate group.
