About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform Investment Advisory (IA) for clients
- Manage and oversee a substantial book of multi asset holdings on client portfolios
- Support Private Banking activity and retain clients in case of departure of a Relationship Manager
- Cooperate to create the area’s view on investments and marketable products
- Supervise and mentor junior staff on investment advisory topics
- Produce sound research inputs to analyze, propose, and implement investment solutions
- Monitor, rebalance, and restructure portfolios to generate client satisfaction
- Deliver customized solutions to Relationship Managers and/or clients
Requirements
- Clear understanding of macroeconomic research and ability to convert research inputs into investments
- Experience in investment advisory, financial markets and economic analysis
- Thorough understanding of products and investment instruments
- Knowledge of strategic and tactical asset allocation fundamentals
- Knowledge of financial markets, products, financial instruments, correlations, portfolio management theory

Primary Mandate
- Perform Investment Advisory (IA)
- Manage and keep oversight of substantial book of Multi Asset holdings on clients portfolios across various commercial segments
- Support Private Banking activity and act effectively to retain clients in case of departure of a RM
- Actively cooperate to create the area’s view in all matters related to investments and on how to turn them into marketable products
- Supervise and manage junior staff acting as a mentor on IA subjects
Key Result Areas
- Produce sound research inputs to efficiently analyze, propose and implement investment solutions for clients
- Monitor, rebalance and restructure portfolios to generate higher levels of client satisfaction
- Deliver customized solutions to Relationship Managers and/or directly to clients as requested
- Work closely with existing client base; performance measured by portfolio performance and revenue generated (ROA)
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Clear understanding of macroeconomic research and ability to convert research inputs into actual investments
- Experience in investment advisory, financial markets and economic analysis
- Skilled and knowledgeable on developments in banking and asset management industries
- Thorough understanding of products and investment instruments
- Thorough knowledge of strategic and tactical asset allocation fundamentals
- Knowledge on risk profiling of clients with reference to choosing the right product for the right investor
- Knowledge of financial markets, products, financial instruments, correlations, portfolio management theory
